Getting started

Fill out the quote form on the Contact page, or email hello@skybennstudios.com. You'll get a reply within one business day. We'll hop on a short call, scope the project, and send over a fixed quote, no obligation.

Yes. On-site work (IT setups, PC builds, network installs) is local: Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Design, development, branding, and remote IT support work anywhere with an internet connection.

No. A lot of clients come in saying 'I need a website' or 'my setup is slow' and the actual answer is different. Part of our job is figuring out what you actually need, that's what the scoping call is for.

Pricing & timelines

Marketing and business sites start around $800. Simple landing pages can be less. Full web apps with logins, databases, and custom admin panels are quoted per-project. We'll give you a fixed quote before any work starts.

A typical small-business website is 2–4 weeks from kickoff. Brands are 1–2 weeks. IT setups are usually same-week or next-week. We give you a timeline with the quote and stick to it.

Yes. Most projects are 50% up front, 50% on delivery. Hourly IT work is invoiced after the job.

For ongoing maintenance, yes. Website hosting + updates, IT support, and small dev tickets can be bundled into a monthly retainer. We'll suggest one if it fits your usage pattern.

Technical

Depends on the project. Marketing sites: Next.js + Tailwind, hosted on our own infrastructure or Vercel. Web apps: Next.js + Postgres (Supabase or self-hosted). WordPress only when the client specifically needs it. We don't push one stack, we pick what fits.

Yes. You get the full source code, the domain, the hosting credentials, everything. No vendor lock-in. If you ever want to move the site elsewhere or hire a different developer, it's all yours.

If you want us to, yes. We self-host on Ubuntu + Cloudflare for most clients. If you'd rather be on Namecheap, Vercel, or your own AWS account, we set that up for you and hand it over.

Custom PC builds (gaming, content creation, work), streaming setups (OBS, capture cards, multi-camera), home and small-office networks, printer and device configuration, software installs, OS upgrades, and general troubleshooting. Both remote and on-site.

Students

Yes. Student pricing is discounted, usually around 40% off standard hourly IT rates. Bring a student ID. This covers laptop troubleshooting, printer setup, software installs, study-rig builds, and general tech help that campus IT won't touch.
